An evening, then two full days. Hands-on from the first evening.

Enterra is taught in live, in-person classes. There is no online course. No video library to work through at your own pace. The learning happens in a room, with other bodies, under guidance.

Classes run over two days. You spend most of that time working with other participants, giving and receiving sessions, noticing what you perceive, and learning to trust what your body already knows how to do.

By the end, you are not a student waiting for more information. You are an Enterra Expert. You can offer sessions. You can start your practice.

What happens in the class.

The first session is usually the same evening the class begins. You work with a partner. Hands go on bodies. Something happens. Then you talk about it.

That rhythm continues across the days. Practice, then conversation. What did you notice? What did you do with it? What happened when you stopped trying to make something happen?

The Enterra trainer moves through the room, working alongside participants, answering questions as they arise from real experience rather than from theory. There are no wrong perceptions. There are no wrong ways to touch. The class is a space to discover what is already there.

What you will leave with.

  • Certification as an Enterra Expert
  • The Enterra Expert Handbook
  • The ability to offer in-person and distance sessions
  • Access to the Enterra community
  • Suzy's supervision program for questions that come up as you practice

You do not need to dismiss your current work. Enterra can sit alongside massage, bodywork, therapy, coaching, or anything else you already do. Many Enterra Experts describe it as the thing that quietly changes everything else.

By the end, I was not a student waiting for more information. I was ready to give sessions. That surprised me.

Who teaches Enterra classes.

Suzy and Enterra Trainers teach these two-and-a-half-day classes. All Trainers have received at least one Enterra class and training by Suzy directly.

Every certification traces back to Suzy. That is the whole point.

Who the class is for.

The class is for anyone who is drawn to it. People with years of bodywork experience arrive alongside people who have never formally studied anything like this.

The only prerequisite is curiosity. And a willingness to trust that your body already knows more than your mind thinks it does.

Where classes happen.

Classes are held where interest is formed. If you would like to see a class near you, reach out to one of the Trainers.

I did not know what I was doing at first. Then something happened with my partner in the practice. I just followed it. That was the whole lesson.
