We are very excited for the first ever global Enterra session. Please come and explore this energy with us!
How it works
Every session opens with one or more Enterra Trainers sharing a little about Enterra and this month's theme. Then you take a moment for yourself: What would you like to experience, discover or receive? There's no right answer, and you don't have to say it out loud, but you will have the option to write it in the Zoom chat during the session.
After that, you lie down or sit somewhere comfortable, close your eyes and receive. Bodies don't seem to mind distance, and in a group, the energy often feels even fuller.
You don't have to be there live
Can't make it at that time? That's fine. Pay for the session, take a moment to know what you'd like to receive, and go about your evening, or go to sleep. You'll still receive the session. Everyone who paid also gets the recording afterwards.
