What is Enterra™?
It starts with presence.
Most healing traditions begin with a protocol. A sequence of steps. A map of the body. A technique to apply. Enterra begins somewhere else entirely. It begins with presence. With being genuinely, quietly here. No plan. No agenda about what should change. Just your full attention, offered without condition. That sounds simple. In practice, it is one of the harder things to actually do. We are trained to want results. To fix what is wrong. To move toward improvement. Enterra asks you to set that down.
Your body already knows.
You have felt it before. The moment someone touched your shoulder and landed exactly on the tension without being told. The room that felt different when a certain person walked in. The strange calm that followed a conversation that should have been stressful. Bodies communicate constantly. Not with words. Not through conscious effort. Through something far more immediate, a kind of energetic conversation that happens whether or not we are paying attention. Enterra makes that conversation intentional. You learn to recognize what your body already does naturally, and to offer it to someone else as a gift.
What actually happens in a session.
You lie down, or sit. The Enterra Expert places their hands on or near your body. That is most of the structure. There is no script. No sequence of positions to move through. The Expert follows what they perceive, what the body shows them, where the energy moves. Sessions are anywhere from 20 to 90 minutes. The energy indicates when it is complete. People describe the experience differently. Some feel warmth, or a quiet spreading through the body. Some feel nothing obvious in the moment, and notice something different days later. Some feel emotions surface with no clear reason. Some simply fall asleep. None of these responses is more correct than another. The body does what it needs to do.
“There was a lot of energy flowing around my throat. Toward the end of the session it felt like my voice got born again, or maybe unlocked. It was really awesome to perceive that space in my throat opening up. It really feels like a new space with lots of new possibilities.”
What Enterra is not.
It is not a diagnosis. An Enterra Expert cannot tell you what is medically wrong, and they will not try. It is not a replacement for medical care. If you are receiving treatment, keep receiving it. Enterra can work alongside conventional medicine without interference. It is not a promise. Bodies respond in their own time. Some sessions feel immediately dramatic. Others feel quiet. Results vary, and that is honest. It is not dependent on your belief. The research conducted on cells and animals, which have no beliefs, shows that energy work produces measurable effects regardless of whether the recipient thinks it will work.
Who is it for?
Enterra works with people who are curious. People who feel that something in their body holds more than a physical explanation. People who want support that begins from a different premise than most of what is on offer. It also works with people who are skeptical. That is fine too. Come and experience it. Form your own opinion from the inside. It works with animals. Horses, in particular, respond quickly and clearly. They have no agenda about whether energy work is real. And it works at a distance. A session over video, or even with no live connection at all, produces results that are sometimes more pronounced than in-person work. The mechanism is not fully understood. The results are real.
“I booked some Enterra sessions with Suzy and after the first session I experienced space, clarity, ease, joy. Everything I asked for was immediately received. Never was anything easier than after a session.”
Anyone can learn it.
Enterra is not a gift reserved for a few. It is a capacity that most people already have in some form, waiting to be recognized and trusted. You do not need a background in healing. You do not need to know anatomy. You need to be willing to get quiet, follow what you perceive, and trust that your body knows what it is doing. A live two-hour evening followed by two full days in class is where this begins. The group is small. The work is hands-on from the first evening.
